Challenges
Compass along with other organizations have rapidly adapted to the Covid-19 crisis by transforming operations and moving to telehealth services. Engaging with patients in this digital-first world is a challenge.
The demand of behavioral health services has spiked, yet visit volumes are low as patients transition to new telehealth services and in office visits are slowly ramping up.

What we are seeing
Our focus is to reduce patient attrition, to keep patients in care, that need care and to proactively reach out to patients at risk of leaving.
Over 20% of patients responded and kept future appointments. These are patients that would have been lost to attrition or had significant gaps in their treatment.
